PET non-woven fabric (polyester non-woven fabric) is a kind of non-woven material made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as the raw material, through processes such as spunbonding, meltblown, or needling. RPET nonwoven fabric (Recycled PET Nonwoven Fabric) is an environmentally friendly nonwoven fabric made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (such as plastic bottles, waste textiles, etc.). It is processed by physical or chemical recycling methods to reprocess the discarded PET materials into fibers, and then made into nonwoven fabric through processes such as spunbonding, meltblowning, and needling.

Polyester stitchbonded nonwovens are made on a loom by bonding or fixing the web with longitudinal yarns. The fabrics made in this way are soft and very suitable for use as outer layers of mattresses and bedding, with good abrasion resistance and excellent uniformity.
