PET non-woven fabric (polyester non-woven fabric) is a kind of non-woven material made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as the raw material, through processes such as spunbonding, meltblown, or needling.
RPET nonwoven fabric (Recycled PET Nonwoven Fabric) is an environmentally friendly nonwoven fabric made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (such as plastic bottles, waste textiles, etc.). It is processed by physical or chemical recycling methods to reprocess the discarded PET materials into fibers, and then made into nonwoven fabric through processes such as spunbonding, meltblowning, and needling.

PET SPUNBOND NONWOVEN FABRIC FEATURES
- High strength: The PET fibers give the non-woven fabric excellent tensile strength and wear resistance.
- Chemical resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis and most organic solvents, suitable for industrial use.
- High temperature resistance: Melting point is approximately 250°C.
- Environmental friendliness: Recyclable, some products can be biodegradable (requiring special treatment).
- Breathability: The fiber gaps provide good breathability, suitable for medical and hygiene fields.
- Lightweight and soft: Easy to process into products of different thicknesses and textures.
RPET SPUNBOND NONWOVEN FABRIC FEATURES
- Environmental friendliness: Reduces consumption of petroleum resources and plastic waste pollution, with a lower carbon footprint compared to virgin PET.
- Performance is similar to that of virgin PET: Strength, chemical resistance, etc. are comparable to those of ordinary PET non-woven fabric, but it is necessary to note the impact of the purity of recycled materials on performance.
